The Internet

I don’t want to get into the history of the Internet, feel free to google “The Internet” if you want some history on it. With out this interconnected network we call the Internet you would likely not be reading this blog. Public use of the Internet has only been around for a short period of time. With in this short period of time it has enabled us as humans to communicate and interact with each other at the blink of an eye. As individuals and businesses from around the world continue to interact, collaborate and do business with each other at this level we will continue to form a well run globalized economy. We are all contributing to this so if you see an area that could stand for some improvement then jump right in.

Green Buildings are here to stay

I like the word “Green” it really fits if you think about it. As we continue to think green moving forward this is having an affect on the buildings going up. The buildings of the future will be energy efficient as well as smart and sustainable. Imagine buildings that are covered with solar panels to assist in the generation of electricity, a fuel cell power plant in the lower portion of the build for the building to generate its own power. How about elevators that on decent put’s the enegergy that is generated back in to the system for use later. As new buildings are going up the green technology will be part of the design and as older buildings are updated green technology will be part of the redesign process.
